BrAPI Enabled Hi-Density Genotyping Data Repositories
Genotype Investigator for Genome-Wide Analyses (GIGWA) is an application that provides an easy and intuitive way to explore large amounts of genotyping data. Once enabled, Gigwa can be accessed by clicking High Density under Genotyping. Gigwa will open in a new browser and a message “Gigwa instance launched in new tab” will be displayed.
