Manage Studies :: ERROR Could not resolve the list of members of the program (using Google Chrome)
Problem
Error message appears when opening an existing study or creating a new study.
Solution
Clear the cache on Google Chrome web browser.
- Click the icon with the 3 dots on the upper-right corner.
- Settings
- Advanced :: Privacy and security
- Clear Browsing Data
- Tick checkbox Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data
