Manage Studies :: ERROR Could not resolve the list of members of the program (using Google Chrome)


Error message appears when opening an existing study or creating a new study.


Clear the cache on Google Chrome web browser.

  1. Click the icon with the 3 dots on the upper-right corner.
  2. Settings
  3. Advanced :: Privacy and security
  4. Clear Browsing Data
  5. Tick checkbox Cached images and files
  6. Click Clear Data
