Annotate inventory lots using the ontology

BMS users (inventory managers in particular) can further describe their inventory lots using the Ontology Manager. This goes in the same vein as what is currently being done for germplasm by the way of attributes. For this, we introduce the notion of the variable type “Inventory Attributes” which can then be added to inventory lots for characterization in the Inventory Module.

An inventory attribute can be assigned one lot at time or in batch.
