Inventory
Label Reserved Inventory
Labels are available for inventory lots with pending reservations. Label details are provided in a variety of formats to support most label printers. Depending on your label printer, formatting changes may need to be applied to the output file. See more on Inventory Management.
In Manage Inventory > View Lots tab, select lots of interest by applying one or more filter(s). To print labels for all reserved inventory, choose filter Reserved and click the plus icon.
Enter min and max values or enter 1 as the minimum value to filter all lots with reserved transactions. Click Apply.
Below is another example where Study of use filter has been applied to display the lots associated to the study. See Reserved column for lots with pending reservations.
Select Export data and Labels from the Actions menu. Drag the fields from the Lot and Germplasm boxes into the Selected fields box. If the Reserved value is greater than zero, then it has a pending reservation. Labels can now be printed for reserved inventory. See https://ibplatform.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BMS/pages/107970561
