Troubleshooting with Instances using their own SSL certificate:
In some cases is possible that KSU FieldBook can't connect to the BMS instance and so is necessary to
verify the SSL certificate in the server and use the xxxx-ca-bundle file.
This was happening in the CIAT-Production instance where the SSL certificate was issued by SecTigo.
Attached the procedure to configure and verify the SSL certificate.
